With all the talk about Cincinnati being one of the dark knights to sneak into the BCS championship game how come nobody has been talking about South Florida? South Florida is undefeated with a solid road win against a ranked team (while the starting QB was out with an injury). I will admit the schedule so far has not been strong but at least they have defeated a ranked team unlike Cincinnati. South Florida has two top 10 teams left on the schedule but both are at home which includes this weekends defacto Big East championship game against Cincinnati. (yes I realize a lot of football still to be played but realistically the winner of that game is being penciled in by most people LOL) I am not saying USF should be the front runner to play in the BCS championship game by any stretch of the imagination but I have not even heard any Orange bowl whispers which is silly. more

I think I am going to have to spend several hundred a month for a T1 line. I run a small server and Road Runner is fast enough, but the downtime I get every day is a serious problem. I used to have Verizon Fios and loved it, no problems there, but I moved to cincinnati and fios doesnt exist down here. Are there any more reliable services than road runner? Would getting DSL and Road Runner together improve reliability? Can you run them both together? (I do have dual ethernet ports on both my desktop and my server) Thanks! more

Just recently my dad switch our internet connection from DSL (Zoomtown from Cincinnati Bell) to a so called cable connection from Time Warner and it is A LOT slower. When I heard he was going to do that I did a speed test on http://www.speedtest.net/ and here where the results ZoomTown 3416 kb/s down 655 kb/s up Road Runner 743 kb/s down 123 kb/s up The DSL was 4.5 times faster WTF isn't Cable suppose to be faster than than DSL? Btw he's paying 89.99 for the Cable, Phone, Internetyes we have two computers hooked up to it all the time plus my xbox 360 and 1 wirelessly connected computer in our garage and it was that way when we had the Zoom Town DLS that got a test result of 3.4k kbs down and 655kbs upYou might be right Drale he might of gotten the 768kbs package ill have to ask him tomorrow. I currently have Road Runner Basic and to me its just TOO SLOW, I mean, it has only 1.5 Mb/pS download and 568k/ps upload! What would be the fastest ISP (And when I mean fastest, I mean FASTEST) in my area (Which is Cincinnati, Ohio)? (P.S. please, no Comcast, I have heard so many horror stories about it that I don't even want to hear about it.) more
