Sir, Good Morning, I have purchased ac3-43land in survey no 444 in kasumuru village of nellore district of ap. as per the dig-lot and 10-1 ad angal of the village records it was classified as patta dry land .the land got registered by sale deed and the revenue authorities have issued us the title deeds and pattadar passbooks as well in spite of all this the district forest department authorities have taken possession in the land without any notice to us and also done plantation. earlier the thahasildar of the mandal also made correspondence with the forest authorities stating that land in sno 444 as patta land and not forest land. so far the forest authorities have not given us any notice or correspondence with the tahasildar as well .they orally claim that the said land is notified as Reserve forest in 1967.they show us a map by which it seems to be within their area but the notification does not contain the survey no.apart from that records from district collector office shows that no land is acquired in the said notification and all the land that is notified is only govt land and no process was carried out to acquire the land in survy no 444 which exists in the middle of notified forest.records were also available to prove that the land survey no 444 is a patta land for the past 100 years or more please advice me with regards krishna moreOpen Question: I have an assignment about revenue recognition, plsss somebody help me, just to give some ideas?

i was doing some sales follow up work for a Mr WP, unpaid, of course as we ended up having a relationship, albeit short. He did not liked the split and decided to ask ask for the money he spend whilst within a relationship under the name, last letter being misspelled, i.e Pestand instead of Pestano. I have proved to the court that I don’t own him anything, if I should have been paid for the work I done for him and his company - he should have paid me at least expenses. Case was dismissed. I have asked Wansdworth county court for a copy and noticed - they still have not corrected his name to Mr Pestano beside me pointing it out to the court twice. So how does it work? if B takes A to court with a false name - it is A have more to loose, as even if B loses, he can always say - it is not me?! How can I get justice and get his name changed as per his website, as per his address's land registry?! I am not sure how to deal with this. I have worked for my company a small sub-contractor as an outside sales rep for almost 6 years now. At first things were good, I landed this job whilst going through a divorce and needed the cash plus I wanted to get back into the industry. Things went well for about 6 months. I was learning the company and the product I had an okay not great salary which is really a draw against commission. My commission when I started was 25% of the profit, pretty good not bad at all actually. Well here we go 5 years later I finally get a 5000 dollar a year raise but my boss cuts my commission structure to just 10% when I am landing some really large jobs, I’m getting the work because of my relationship with the clients and I’m offended deeply not to mention pissed. His reasoning is I have to spend more time on them to make sure things go smoothly hence less commission, is that not the point? In the past if I got a $100,000 dollar job, I could easily make $6000.00 now its $600.00 and I am ticked. Not to mention a plethora of other things he has done to me like telling putting me down. I am looking for another job right now but the economy is what it is at the moment. Anyway I just landed a $500,000 dollar job and after salary and everything is paid I should have made around 13000 dollars now I will make only around $5,500. If I leave is there recourse for me to get the little that is owed to me from my greedy despicable boss. I’m a single mom struggling. I labor to do a good job and am getting compensated less and less what can I do to get what I am owedIf I signed a contract with him and me present, I would say I am owed what I was promised. I am currently looking at properties for sale on various real estate websites. I note that there are some which don't include any pictures of the interior of the houses. They'll have 6 or more showing the exterior and the land surrounding the home, but not one pic of what's inside. Given the huge percentage of foreclosures, bank-owned homes, etc., my first thought is that these particular homes are in dire need of major repairs and sellers don't want to scare off potential buyers. The other explanation, of course, could be that the listing agent simply cannot get inside for whatever reason in order to take interior photos. My question is this: should I be wary of homes where the agent has not provided any interior photos? I don't want to waste either my time or the agents/sellers if a property needs many thousands in repair or rehab. Another else have any thoughts on this? We really need to find a home very soon but don't want one that's going to be a money pit. I absolutely LOVED AG dolls when I was younger and I still do now! I had Molly, Kirsten, and Samantha. HI, My husband and I bought our dream home and are about to move in a few days. And for some weird reason, instead of feeling elated I am feeling quite the opposite and a bit frightened as well. Here are some of the reasons- 1) It is a development in its PHASE 1....so there are almost no neighbors around us....in fact the land around us has tall weeds etc because it's the nature of new construction sites. I guess it does not look like the beautiful picture everyone has in their minds. We do have few neighbors, about 3-4 homes in the development all scattered around the huge land. I guess I feel LONELY, and I have no one to blame for it. And of course it's a little scary. 2) We have a 4 year old son and I hope he does not feel lonely there as well....we were hoping that sales would pick up and it has almost been no activity there due to the recession. It also scares us from an investment point of view. 3) We have never had a Phase 1 home and I just hope things pick up and we feel like it is HOME. 4) I hope we don't become the laughing stock of people around us because we look foolish living in a lovely home but in a unkept development with no neighbors. The other day, my boyfriend and I were walking to my parents house when a bee came near us. We are both terrified of bees, but we decided to try to just stand still and mind our own business so the bee will leave us alone. The bee kept coming closer to us anyway, refusing to back off. We walked away slowly- and the bee kept following us, getting closer and closer. Being afraid of bees like we are, we started running away from it a little. The bee followed my boyfriend and myself for a good five minutes, swarming around us. I thought it was a little strange that it was following us down the street for that long, but other then that, I didn't think too much of it. Then today I had a horrifying experience. I got out of the car after coming back from a shopping trip, and a bee landed on top of the car. I didn't want another bee experience, so I stepped away from it slowly. Apparently the bee already saw me, because it started flying directly toward me. I walked away and yet it continued buzzing behind me still. This time was even worse then the day before, as it had me running down the street in circles actually CHASING me (for what was probably 3 minutes or so) At a garage sale today I heard a neighbor complain that there seems to be a much higher number of bees out then usual, and that they have been very aggressive and have chased several people. My grandma says that it might be mating season for the bees perhaps, but it still seems a little strange to me that bees are being so extremely aggressive here. I'm terrified of bees, and would love to hear your thoughts on what could possibly be causing this behavior in bees. Hello all. I have a Licensed Childcare Home and in spite of all the advertising I've been doing over the past 3 weeks I still have one more opening on first shift. I'm trying to think of unique ways to advertise.. passing out business cards, flyers, ads in the newspaper, craigslist, ads on facebook have worked in the past..but not so much right now. I have spent $300 in the past 3 weeks on advertising and i'm almost broke! it's frustrating..feels like i'm just handing out $100 bills to people. There is a large piece of land about 5 miles from my house. The owner rents it out Saturday mornings to anyone who wants to have a yard sale there. Saturday mornings there are lots of families selling their stuff and lots of people shopping. I thought I'd rent a space there..set up a table..and give out for free..gift bags of candy, soda, water, coloring books, crayons, apples, and oranges. In all the gift bags would be my business card and I'd stamp my logo inside the coloring books. Everything would be given for free. And I'd make a poster to hang up and tie some balloons to my table. Does this sound like a good idea? or kinda cheesy? I know it will cost me $100 to do this idea. When my puppy and I go for a walk, he will sometimes be sniffing something and walk into a pole or a "for sale" house sign with poke his back. Then, he looks at me like I did it too him. Yesterday, he jumped out of the car and tripped himself on his landing [he's 2.5 feet tall and the jump was like 1 foot high] and he did a face plant. I went to him to see if he was okay, but he just looked at me like he thought that I pushed him or made him fall. It breaks my heart. My puppy is so clumsy right now, he falls, trips, and walks into things all the time. When he does, he makes it seem like I was the one who hurt him. Why does he do this?
