Voting Question: Anyone know anything about L-glutamine- used for IBS?

Apparently it increases the production of growth hormone :S? Is this dangerous if I take no exercise and am female (not using it for work-out purposes)? And how much should I take? I think due to my lack of protein (I tend just to eat carbs and fat)... that there is a possibility that I have a deficiency? Does this sound plausible? more
